Braums - Wrong Order Twice
On 12/11/2017 I visited the Braums on 907 S Cockerll Hill in Duncanvill,tx at approximately 6pm. Went through drive thru to get ice cream.
I ordered a scoop of chocolate and a scoop of Cherries Pecan and Cream in a cup. Well I drove off heading home, I get home to find out I did not get what I ordered. I brushed it off......I went to Braums at the same location on 12/14/2017 after leaving work and driving 25miles towards home I stopped and ordered a #1 meal no cheese and with jalepeno's and scoop of ice cream. Well after paying I was asked to pull up because my order was not ready.
I pulled up and the order was brought to me. Driving home I decided to go ahead and start eating the burger, well the burger had cheese and damn near the entire jar of jalapenos on it...I called the store at 8:50pm and no one answered, well I called again and again and again. By the time I reached home I started calling again and again and again the line stayed busy. I got up this morning and called again this time I got a fax machine the number I called 12 times is 972-709-**** which is what is on the receipt.
I am so freaking tired of restaurants not answering the phones after the bosses go home. I finally spoke with Amelia this morning and explained to her what happened, she informed me to bring the burger back and the receipt, I ask her if she was for real I ate the damn burger after taking the cheese off and some of the jalepenos.

Exchanging a wrong order is common but how are they supposed to help you days later after youโve eaten the burger?
