I bought a salad for days ago and today is I'm not sure what the date is Saturday and I did not return the salad even though I had called him on it and told him about it,I did not return it until four days later I even kept the salad in the refrigerator and returned it to him it was a little wilted from the drive over but I explain to him it's a little wilted but the brown was there he then accused me of bringing it from another Brahms to his location and I'll top of that he called me a liar or should I say he accused me of line and then when I confronted him on it, he said he's only following corporate policy. So it's your policy to call your customers liars? I am not buying food from a fine dining establishment this is a quickie drive-through food place who sells food within their location prepared food and store type food. With cutting a salad if its showing signs of brownies near the heart of the lettuce you do not cut that low if you were saving salad longer than the shelf life they are going to start turning brown due to air getting in through the container there is no reason that two separate salads now have had the same problem. I do not blame the employees, it is management position to correct lead and teach employees the proper food management. But being rude to a customer and then turning around to a bunch of little girls talking about you trying to get their approval it's unacceptable. Those girls are children of course they are going to agree with him he is their boss. So even if I little girl thought he was wrong she probably doesn't have the courage to say so. And even if she did it is not her opinion that matters it. It is the customer that matters and if you're serving the customer aged food then you were also selling aged food in your grocery section. His handling of the situation is what has made me mad never did he apologize never did he's like we don't want to lose your business now he was like OK go get out of here we don't need you. Maybe you don't maybe you will. But once I get on social media I will make sure everyone knows The type of food they are serving and the manager who approves it. I have never said this before in my life but maybe you should reconsider who represents you!!!

Slow service

I have lived here in Mustang ok, 50 years Love Braums, all along, until about a month ago, i was setting in the drive through, 4 cars in front of me 4 pm, 30 minutes to get to the last window, i ask why the delay, a woman had a problem w a receipt, so she took care of it through the window , instead of sending her inside Next time , in drive through. ( i have just gotten out of hospital , cant hi inside)same thing , so i called inside, ask for manager, he said the are short of help, didn't apologize , Hung up, i know its a bad time, but when i got to the window,two girls talking andlaughing

I'm a frequent customer of you, and I really like the cake, but months ago, the cake was damage the day after I had eaten, I did not say anything. The 2nd time, the same day in the morning, I ate a piece in the afternoon when I removed the total plastic. The cake was moldy, I went to the store, the manager changed me. 3rd time yesterday I bought when I opened I found in terrible condition. It was probably the reason for my intestinal infection, months ago. Now I'm more than sure. You should be more careful with the products you sell because sell, because because

Cleanliness of store

I went to your Braums in El Reno Oklahoma. I went through drive through about 8:45 am and order a breakfast sandwich. When I received my sandwich, it was cold. I took it back in to be fixed. They made a new one and made it wrong. About seeing the cleanliness of the store, I asked for a refund. They had a maintenance tech in the kitchen cleaning g condenser coils while making food. The floor did not appear to have been swept since the night before, trash and boxes were on the floor. Just looked like a very unkept store. After leaving noticed trash and cups scattered about the parking lot. I could understand if the store was busy. There were four employees in the store and one customer. . I expected more since I have worked for braums before.

Mistreatment

On 8/22/21 I took my family for ice cream from little elm Texas I live in Gainesville, Texas.my granddaughter who is 5 yrs old had a waffle cone, and it started dripping onto the floor I was standing next to the counter I reached for the cup the manager Christina yelled and said I did not pay for the cup I either get a cone or cup HUH? Rudely, I explained it was dripping onto the floor, I would pay for the cup. screamed!mman

Unsweetened tea was sweet Ordered a cheeseburger plain and dry but it had all the veggies on it The drive through was extremely slow

Complaint about employee

I went to the Desoto Braums off of Pleasant Run Road and I was very much disappointed with the experience I had there. I came inside seeing the restaurant looking like a pigsty, trash all over the place, racist treatment, inappropriate behavior, and filthy restaurant inside and out. The manager is always going out for a smoke and doesn't seem to care. This is a disgrace to the community of what they are doing by being rude and disrespectful. I've tried to give them a chance, but I'm done.

The bathrooms had toilet paper all over the floor very unsanitary. It was disgusting I didnt want to even sit on the seat. There was toilet paper rolls laying out on the toilet. Nobody wants to wipe with toilet paper everyone has touched. This braums was disgusting. Very dissatisfied with my visit.

Price of water is RIDICULOUS

I just paid $1.37 for a cup of water!!!!!! This is ridiculous a cup of water should not be near the same price as soda. Its beyond crazy that to eat or drink healthy is more expensive than to consume junk.

Pound cake grew mold after being opened for one day and one piece eaten We always get several pound cakes to freeze and never had an issue I know this probably unusual We will continue to buy them We have some/ two frozen at this time

Bad customer service

Dinette and 2 other corporate workers treated me and my mom very unfairly they hung the phone up on us wouldnt answer the phone I needed help with verifying work I havent been paid at all for working there and theyre giving me a hard time Ive been asked to do 3 different things within a months time and still no help now Im reaching out to someone over corporate I will be sending audio I recorded and a statement to the better business bureau today

Bad Service

My husband went into the drive through and ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and we took the food home and what i paid almost 7 dollars for was two pieces of bread and a piece of chicken. I paid for the chicken club and that is not what I got.

Breakfast accuracy

I used to often get breakfast from Braums to go. Sometimes I went through the drive thru and sometimes I went inside and got it to go. It didnt matter. 9 times out of 10 something would be inaccurate and I would have to bring it back. My wife and I dont eat pork so we get egg and cheese biscuits or vegetarian omelette bagels. Youd think theyd get used to a no sausage request but they dont. Ive even had to return vegetarian omelets because they had sausage on them. Id be understanding if it only happened occasionally because everyone makes mistakes but for the mistakes to be habitual is ridiculous.

Just left store #295 Melissa texas. When you ask an employee what ice cream is gluten free & no one knows then eventually a person with green hair states I would need to call corporate for the answer. This isnt good customer relations. Never have I been in a restaurant or fast food where I was directed to the corporate offices. Thank goodness there was a Wendys across the street. We wont be back to store #295.
