Went to the BRAUMS in SULPHUR SPRINGS, TEXAS on 04/21/16. I work on Computer around North Texas and Okla. After 4 hours of frustration, I went to this Braums store, to order a TRIPLE CHEESEBURGER. I specifically asked this kid if they could do a TRIPLE CHEESEBURGER, and he said "YES THEY COULD", so I ordered it, and sat and waited for 5 to 10 minutes. They a girl brought my food, and after opening it up, IT WAS A DOUBLE. I looked on the receipt, and he had charged me for a DOUBLE. I went up to the counter, and asked, "WHAT IS THIS? I ordered a TRIPLE, and YOU said YOU COULD DO IT".

The manager comes over, and asked me what the problem was. I explained it to the manager everything, and she said they would cancel that order, but my money ($9.19) would not appear on my ATM account, for 3 to 5 business days, but they would have to charge me $11.90 for the TRIPLE CHEESEBURGER. SO, I ended up spending $9.19 + $11.90 in this store, along with being FRUSTRATED out of my mind, because I would have expected them to just charge me the difference of $11.90 - $9.19 which is $2.71.

I once had a experience in the WAXAHACHIE, TEXAS Braums store, where I ordered a DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER, and when receiving THIS burger, the MEAT WAS RED... NOT COOKED!!!

Not EXPECTING TO VISIT BRAUMS EVER AGAIN, ANYWHERE
