Pick up sister.... Supposed to get off at 11pm!!!! 12:30 still waiting! Guess this place don't take other people's schedules in consideration! Not all of us can sleep late. Some do have to be up early! If you are going to make a schedule from a certain time to a certain time you should go by that! Braums in Burleson, Tx. Terrible, since when does it take 15 plus minutes to scoop some ice cream for a 7 year old boy. Me and my son have came here a couple of times and we always wait so long we change our minds and leave. Management needs to tell some teenagers to get to work instead of *** grabbing on the clock Add comment

I asked shift manager why Icream was soft. She asked store Mgr to address my quession. She said settings & walked away. I told her I am over 70 years old & I felt she blew me off like I had no sense. She said I had addressed the problem with the shift manager. I said I will be going to Mesquite for my business. The condition of the store had also gone downhill. Not enough help. Add comment

two months ago I was treated quite rudely and had very slow service, a young boy who was at the checkout when I walked in actually put back his ice cream and walked out, he had the respect to put it back in the freezer. Braums store# 53 Dallas forest lb and Plano rd. Shift manager ms Vanessa looked overwhelmed and was rude... There is a sign posted that says if we fail to give you a receipt ask for the manger for a 5$ gift certificate . I was not given a receipt the manager stated that I was still at the window so if did not apply however the sign did not say if you are still at he window. Braums on Northwest Highway in Garland SUCKS! They fired my daughter for being $20 short on her register when they allowed MULTIPLE EMPLOYEES to use the same register. When she told the manager that, the manager said she was on the register "the majority of the time" as though that automatically means she made the mistake.
